Today, we’ll explore the awe-inspiring Teotihuacán Site, an ancient marvel that showcases the grandeur of past civilizations. Our guided tour will bring this archaeological gem to life. In the afternoon, enjoy free time to explore Mexico City’s vibrant neighborhoods, and cultural treasures, or simply relax. Hotel Marlowe is your convenient base for further urban adventures.
We begin our day in Coyoacán, exploring its vibrant market and soaking in the local charm. Then, we’ll visit Museo Casa Azul, Frida Kahlo’s iconic home, to immerse ourselves in her world. Today offers a leisurely opportunity to recharge and immerse yourself further in the vibrant tapestry of Oaxaca. Excursion to the artisan villages surrounding Oaxaca and explore the masterful craftsmanship of local artisans as you visit traditional workshops specialising in intricate wooden figures and exquisite pottery. Returning to Oaxaca, we’ll enjoy a free afternoon to visit the local markets and museums.
Prepare for a day of awe-inspiring exploration as we embark on an excursion to Hierve el Agua Springs. Nestled amidst the rugged sierras, these natural wonders beckon with breathtaking beauty. Enjoy a guided hike and take a refreshing dip in the infinity pools!
After a delightful traditional lunch, we return to Oaxaca City. Spend the afternoon exploring this vibrant city, soaking in the colourful displays of tradition and culture. Don’t miss the opportunity to visit the Museo de Santo Domingo, a treasure trove of Oaxacan history and art.
Our day begins with a visit to the Maguey fields and a traditional mezcal factory, where ancestral traditions are meticulously preserved. Delight in the flavours of authentic Oaxacan cuisine! After lunch, we set off for Oaxaca’s Pacific coast. Upon arrival at La Ventanilla Beach, we’ll be greeted by the mesmerizing hues of the sunset. If the timing aligns with nature’s rhythm, we’ll have the chance to witness a remarkable event: a turtle liberation. As we soak in the sights and sounds of Oaxaca’s Coast, be mindful of the soaring temperatures and the probability of mosquitoes in the evening.
Embark on an ecological adventure as we delve into the wonders of the mangrove ecosystem with Lagarto Real Cooperative. Glide serenely through tranquil waters on a boat tour, immersing ourselves in the lush flora while keeping watch for sightings of crocodiles, turtles, iguanas, and a plethora of bird species.

Be prepared for heat and humidity during the last days at the coast, but rest assured, there will be plenty of opportunities to unwind at scenic spots and comfortable hotels.
