Lupita’s project has been developed for 3 years. During that time, we have taken loads of efforts to provide authentic experiences, avoiding commercial hotels and attractions and collaborating with local sustainable companies. In addition, we also worked hard on automating many of our tasks. These facts allow us to offer excellent experiences at lower costs, being a great option as your DMC services provider.

Even if Lupita is born in 2020, we have a long experience as Jaime -the company owner, tour leader and main driver- has been running Overland expeditions since 2014. Get to know more at “your crew“.

• Being a new company, nothing interests us more than growing our tour demand. We are currently looking for partners to provide our DMC services and establish a durable relationship of mutual benefit.
• We don’t redirect our services to any other operator. Running the tours ourselves is the only way of making sure we provide our agents with the best standards, that is why we normally only commit to small tours of a maximum of 12 passengers.

• Instead of the common tour structure where a “commercial guide” runs the explanations for all the attractions, we make sure our passengers get off-the-beaten-path experiences. All our adventures are run by tour leaders and drivers that become passengers’ friend, becoming one of the keys for a genuine expedition.
• In addition, we collaborate with specialised local guides on each spot. This is a great asset for the tour, as our passengers get a “fresh breeze” on every attraction and have the option for different points of view.

• We use a large van suited for 20 passengers but adapted only to 12. Our brand new 2020 vehicle offers a big locker, conditioned air, a big fridge, half-open windows and a good sound system. You can check the full description of it here.

• We are the only DMC services provider with full camping equipment, so you can include nights in remote areas that will keep your customers in direct contact with nature and reinforce the feeling of experiencing something “unique”.

Our standard itineraries have a perfect balance between relaxing stops and adventure, but maybe you want to adapt them to your special needs. With Lupita, you can customize:

• The trip dates and length
• Trip style (activities, accommodation, etc.)
• The trip language (English, Spanish, Portuguese, French…)
• Services you desire (full tour, just bookings, just transportation, special activities such as yoga or meditation, pet-friendly tours, archaeology or bird-watching focused tours, etc… just ask!)
• Collaborations with your own crew, booking and planning services, transport services, etc…

For every experience, we will offer you complete documentation including:

• Internal Tour Notes: A private document where you can check planning details, costs, links, etc.
• Tour page: We will create an online page in the exact way we have one for any of our tours. We can share the content with you so you use it on your site, or create a special page without external links so you can share it with your clients.
• Itinerary Planning: A brief PDF document for your customers with all the important info, useful for carrying with you while on the trip.
• Once the service is fully paid, we will provide you with an official Mexican electronic bill.
